This is pure cancer. Do you play Sims with the complete, rich family where all family members are on the top level of their jobs, do you play Battlefield with already maxed out character and nothing to unlock? I doubt it.
You either play the game, or you don't. You can download save files where Satsuma is already built, but I don't see the point, why would people buy this game if they don't like building the cars..
