Where are the van and the poop truck

Ok so i haven't played MSC in a long time and yesterday I redownloaded it and played it but I was startled to find that the blue van that sits next to the right of the garage and the poop truck that sits to the right of the barn were missing. I still have the Satsuma unbuilt, the moped, and the tractor but the two vehicles listed above were gone. A little help please.
