Gifu and fuel oil

Hey guys, I am currently at unclestage 5, where uncle mentions that he lost his license and gives you the keys to the gifu.
After this point, is it safe to start filling the gifu with fuel oil without risk of losing it? Or am I in the clear to start doing things the Finnish way again.

i think he sells the gifu if you ever get a fine for using fuel oil or if you give it to him with fuel oil

You can fill it with fuel oil but I would advise you to only drive on dirt roads in order to not get caught by cops.

He gives you Gifu keys after he lost his license which means he can't ger caught driving on illegal fuel. At that point both of his vehicles are yours.

Nothing will happen if you ignore it, as long as your vehicle is fast enough to avoid getting rammed off the road by chasing cops. Gifu is a diffrent case because literally no other car is able to damage it.

In case of this vehicle the only thing slowing me down is the fuel consumption rate. This being said, I don't stop at checkpoints either.

This was my assumption, just wanted to make sure because I got to stage5 insanely quickly, I only borrowed the van from him once, never got the Gifu yet and the 2nd time I went to his house he said he lost his license.
