If it was removed because scanning for the songs increases the load time for people that don't import music, it makes sense, but maybe add an option in the menu settings like:
[ x ] Auto-Scan music on start
and give us the option?
Maybe as an option you can toggle
Not entirely sure if it would be possible with how they currently import the radio files, but it would be nice for it to just stop after the first failed import of a file. So if there is no track1.ogg it would terminate immediately, saving the processing time of any files after track(x).ogg.
