In real life it would ferment a little faster in the beginning but after it clears and the yeast fall out to the bottom it's the same amount of alcohol. Which is what Jokke pays for.
Ratio of water to sugar is the most important.
Low amount of sugar will make it weak and too much sugar will make it taste more sugar as a lot of sugar don't ferment as the alcohol kills the yeast at a certain point.
Add 6 bags of sugar
Add 1 Yeast
snap the lid in place on top of the bucket
pick up the bucket and rotate it 360 degrees (to simulate stirring... I guess)
Put the bucket somewhere out of the way (I like to store it next to the washing machine that way I can hear it in the Kitchen, Garage, bedroom, which are for the most part, the only parts of the house I visit unless I'm save/quitting the game.
You can add more yeast if you want, but all it does is make your costs go up, for no extra profit.
Each bucket of Kilju is good for 20 bottles that you can sell.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When selling the bottles to Jokke, place the first one on the table, and wait... Don't place a second bottle on the table until his entire speech is done, and he's holding some money out for you (170mk), you can now place all the containers on the table and the amount of money in his hand will increase with each bottle (even though there is no animation of him reaching for more money).
You don't have to take the money after each bottle is placed on the table, he'll hold the full amount owed until you're done placing the last bottle on the table.
2nd IMPORTANT NOTE
Its a good idea to listen to what Jokke says while tasting the first bottle, sometime he'll make a comment "I taste some vinegar here... could be better"
The last time I was browsing what all you can do in MSCEdit, I saw that there is a stat called "kiljubucketvinegar" There is a chance (and I only say 'chance' because I have not confirmed this) that this number slowly increases over time, so that occasionally you will get a bad batch to sell, and there is nothing you can do about it in the game (which means he'll slash your tires).
There might not be anything you can do about this value. Mine is currently sitting on 0, but I have seen it a lot higher in previous gamesaves.
I have not tested this theory, but, it might be a good idea fully fill your bucket with water from time to time, and then dump the water into the shower floor, to simulate cleaning the bucket.
Exactly, that's why you need 6 sugar. 1 sugar and 5 water -> you have a bucket which can hold 30 water -> 30/5=6.
Best is probably to sell it fresh within a week.
I think the vinegar timer starts ticking after fermentation is done, or after you open the lid the first time after fermentation is done.
The cleaning is a good idea as well before a new batch!
thats the recipe it sas on the bag. because of the size of the bucket its diffrent
