Well he's harsh but he's right... The game is meant to be played a certain way. Cheating a bit to fix glitches is okay but cheating to progress is not playing "properly". If you want a tip the Uncle generaly spawns between day 2 and day 8-9. While you are waiting for him to spawn the van you can still use the moped to go shopping and use the tractor to pull junkers to the mechanic. This should give you enough money to start while you wait for the truck. You can also destroy the wasp nest in the Ruscko and crank it with a screwdriver and she's all yours! These are some tips to "bypass" the game in a legit way

Edit: you can also brew Kilju and having the Ruscko will provide you a vehicle to drive Jokke (AKA drunkman) back to his house

You have to wait for uncle to be at home and then if you talk to him at his table outside he gives you the keys to everything. The van will be at the inspection center and the septic truck will be at the waste treatment plant.

Mate it's a singleplayer game, people will always cheat, whether to rp, just have fun or ♥♥♥♥ around with car building without having to wait for 5 in-game days for a van, leave them be.
