Not if you get new standard ones, it's the old, cracked ones in the garage which are no good.

Well, GG ones are just road tyres, so good for the highway, Standard are just stock of the satsuma, pretty good on the dirt roads and the highway.

Only use standard tires to pass the inspection. I'd hugely recommend using rally tires all the time since they're really the only ones that are good on dirt.

Yes, only these two types of tires could pass inspection. Standard tires are just your usual noname summer tires. Gommer gobra is a all-season tires with stronger grip and fit for winter temperatures. I suspect that standard tires should be faster.
Right except that there's no such thing as all-season tires in Finland.

What should I see? :D But yeah, some of the Cooper Cobra G/T sold here might be technically all season, they just aren't allowed in winter.
