hello everyone,

I proudly present a 100 percent finished save file, with all easter eggs still undiscovered and untouched. Game starts on a Monday in the afternoon. This is my save file i worked on for over 6 months. i hope my labors help ease yours!

included in this post is a link to pastebin, which will have a link to download. Download site is google drive.

INSTRUTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL:

Step 1: download the files
Step 2: drag and extract .rar file to this directory: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Amistech
step 3: enjoy the prebuilt car and massive stockpile of stuff


save notes:
-car needs the air fuel ratio adjustments done right. I was too lazy to do em. Otherwise all parts installed and ready for usage.
-Car is in a Metallic Burgundy paintjob
-ALL ATTACHED PARTS ARE STOCK PARTS
-full of oil and filled with fluids (like my ex girlfriend)
-Both Car and Van starts with a full tank of gas each
-some race parts ordered but not installed. second order pending.
-finances are 50,000 cash available
-bucket and wood carrier both obtained and by the house
-Christmas lights are not installed but are available
-This is NOT a permadeath savefile
-drivers license is under name Ahmed Osmanov
-all from game vehicles are in their normal spawn places

CREDITS:
all work on this save file was done over a time period of 6 months by begginfokillz

LICENSE:
-100% Open source.

DISTRIBUTION:
-This save file cannot be re-uploaded anywhere unless credited to begginfokillz.

CREATOR NOTES: Normally i would not care about re uploading but since i spent over 6 months working on this i do very much care about proper credit. Thank you for your understanding.

i don't want to belittle your effort because that looks like a good save and i'm sure you worked hard on it, but i think people should make their own saves from scratch, it's the only way to experience the game properly, as intended by the developer.

i know, and i 100% agree with your statement. However, some people just want to get straight into the action. this save file is meant for them. i agree fully with what you meant, and i encourage people to do it themselves. but i also think that, again, saving time should also be an availble option. To each their own :)

an eminently reasonable point. a lot of people do end up making their own saves anyway after playing on someone else's, but i still think that diminishes the experience. people are free to do what they like but don't always know what the best thing is to do to get the most out of a game.

In the end, it all comes down to personal choice. Do you want to build the car yourself or download a save and get driving? Do you want to work hard for your money or just MSCEdit yourself a few million?

I personally prefer the hard way, but I can see why someone else wouldn't. Then again, this might not be the right game for them in the first place.

i suppose that's my point from the beginning, going the easy way with this game is trying to make the game something it is not. you wouldn't want Minecraft zombies in Dark Souls, you wouldn't want KSP style spaceship building in GTA, they are features that are not meant for those games; that stuff doesn't fit, it isn't right. if people want easy car games to play they can play the car games they already DO play, ETS, Assetto Corsa, Beam, NFS, or whatever.

True. Then again, MSC is much more than "just" a car game. It's an unique survival-ish humouristic simulation of rural 1990's Finland.

exactly, and that is the thing that a lot of people don't get about this game. the number of times i've seen "so, it's like GTA except you can build a car?" makes me quite a frustrated and angry person.

i had deleted items.txt so it would clean up map, but it also remoed the battery installed
