What are some tips for beating the game? (Speedrun, money, etc)

I have decided to restart my game and try to beat it after dying with permadeath on

(Yes i know i can ALT + F4)

and its kinda slow doing everything like getting the septic truck and all that

With regards to the May update's lack of van, a lot of people I've seen here make accessing the Ruscko their first priority with a new save to avoid the "toss" strategy (you know, when you're going to Tiemo's via boat and have to keep throwing things and picking them up to get back to the watercraft, don't know what else to call it).

I haven't tried it myself, since the backpack mod sort of negates the reason for getting it in the first place. If you don't want to use mods or just that one in particular, the Ruscko would be your best bet.

Other than that, you should immediately get the kilju bucket from the cottage. It's your best source of income while you're waiting for Uncle's fat booty to hand you the crap truck.

oh yeah, i used to do it but it didnt go very well cause i forget all the damm time that if you save the screwdriwer will exist'nt

Stealing the Ruscko is quite easy, since the baggage tray on the jonnez update :[/list]

• Take the spanner set on the jonnez and go to Teimo's (you can also take the flashlight)
  
• Buy everything you need, but most importantly a fire extinguisher
  
• Save and reload until Teimo closes (he closes at 20:00 where the wasps go to sleep, and the sun is not completely down yet)
  
• Take the spanner set and fire extinguisher to Ventti's house
  
• Since the sun is still out, you should have good visibility
  
• Go full Auschwitz on the wasps, put the jonnez in the back of the Ruscko
  
• Get in the Ruscko, drive it to Teimo's, save and reload until he opens again, buy gas. If you haven't already, buy sugar and yeasts, a new oil filter, a battery, brake fluid and coolant, and an alternator belt

Regarding money, brew Kilju right away, and do the wood delivery job if you can.

get all engine parts to fleetari and choose repair of broken engine parts to extend their durabillity open the christams present , it contains bonus cash , then do the long boring car assemble , when you are done go to fleetari for engine factory spec and new stock tires , take the warning triangle from kekment and then go your car for inspection

do some work for money (firewood delivery , kilju making)
and buy a cd system , and full leapard set from amis tech catalog and put them in you car

then carefully follow jani in highway and watch him crash , then pick up suski and drive her home , put her in bed , then do the date , wait for her call and you beaten the game

As Bismarck suggested, steal the Ruscko. Then wait for Jokke to call during the night to drive him home from the pub. If you drive him home 5 times from the pub, he let's you in on his big secret. If you find his big secret, you'll never have to worry about money for a very, very long time. Sadly though, this has dire consequences unless you have no morals lol....
