Custom music not working at all

I know there's already alot of discussions about this problem, but none of the "fixes" i've tried actually work, so here's my problem:

CD Player just flips through all of the tracks and won't play anything.
Radio only has the in-game stations.
I've tried converting the music on my own and with the MSC Music Manager to no avail.

Is the custom music just broken rn?

1) You have to convert all the songs in .ogg on a website for example

2) You have to rename all the songs by Track1, Track2, Track3 (15 tracks maximum per CD and 99 songs for the radios, also, if you have your 15 songs for the first CD, you have to rename Track1, Track2... for the second CD and not Track16, Track17...)

3) In the main menu of the game you have to click on "import songs" everytime you restart the game (Bottom left of the screen)

I've done all of those things. Always imported songs, named them the right way, they're all in the right format...
