Dear people. I love to play my summer car but I cant get over 10 FPS (yes I do know that sucks!) I play on low with no V Sync. I disabled all other things by pressing F1 and still not what I want. My specs:
(please don't blame me, this is a laptop based on school needs such as Word, OneNote and Google Chrome)
i3-5005u 2.00GHz
4GB Ram
Intel HD 128MB
64 Bit.

Does anyone know how to boost to at least 20 FPS?

Kind Regards,
Jelle

Not much you can do. This game needs fairly modern Graphics card with atleast 768mb of VRAM. You have 128mb which will be pegged 100% of the time causing incredible stuttering.

The Processor is fairly slow but is still slowed down by the integrated GPU.

shutting down other applications and background programs that are using CPU might get you a few frames, besides that the only thing i can suggest is getting a better computer.

You have bad hardware it is as simple as that. If you want better FPS you need to upgrade to a better computer

No, not good. It's highly recomended to play on a desktop. Try to find a i7-core computer, or something that is over 3.00 GHz.

Frankly, my buddies desktop Pentium G4400 runs the game fine at about 70fps with a GTX 950.

My "old" i7 4790k ran the game about the same with a GTX 1060.
(The i7 was damaged and was not repairable. I did not step down to the i5 because I thought it was faster or anything.)

My i5 4690k runs it better that the 4790k did. Weird anomalies with the game's performance.

Thanks for the tips everyone! I was already planning on buying a Gaming PC but at the moment I cant afford one. Until then I have to deal with the low FPS.

Kind Regards,
Jelle

What resolution are u using? If it's 1920x1080(16x9) then change that down to like 1280x720(16x9), 1366x768(16x9) etc.

I use 640x480 :D now I did some research and entered this code: -force opengl i got 22 FPS etc. so it is more enjoyable/playable.

wait, wait, so if i set my resolution to that, and type -force-opengl in the launch settings i'll get that many frames without having to deal with game crashing or freezing? (i have the same issue as you, school based pc :/)

Wolfox, I don't really know any more. I played MSC for the last time 2 or 3months ago. But you could try it. Maybe it's patched, wich has happened to games such as Dirty Bomb. so you can't do those things anymore. But yeah men you can still try it!

It works fine.

I've found -force-d3d11 also works as a command also.

you could try the 64 bit build
right click on my summer car in your steam library then click on properties then select 64 bit in the betas tab
