Such a old post.... I don't remember exactly but i think I set it to 2k. Might not work since I haven't been playing the game.

1.Save at the outhouse next to repair shop

2.Open MSC, and go to repair shop section

3.Go to repair time, set to 0

4.Teleport player to garage driveway and set fatigue to like 30

5.sleep in bed and then save game

6.Teleport player back to repair shop in MSC

7.Fleetari finished !

There may be a simpler way, but this is what I do. Not instant, but very quick.
