Racing muffler falls off every time i save

Every time I save and quit, i come back into my game and just my racing muffler falls off, not the entire exhaust, just the muffler

The 7mm screw for the muffler is also screwed in. every time it falls off, when i put it back on the screw automatically is screwed in when i re-attach the muffler

Screw it off, take the muffler off, put it back on, and screw it fast again.
Should fix it.

Do you have the aftermarket exhaust pipe? Is it attached right? Check the bolts on the header and the undercarriage too.

all the bolts are in and everything and it is the aftermarket exhaust pipe.

3 bolts for the exhaust pipe 1 for the muffler all 7 mm.

Still, this is a common thing. People claim it happened with the handbrake too. To me it happens with the rear bumper. Every time i save i need to reattach it.
