your fuel/air mix on your carburetor is probably too high, or your head gasket is dying, or your fan belt is missing.
2. look up a guide for the air fuel ratio
3. make sure your water pump is not broken
That's too lean. 14.7 is optimal at normal operating temperature but when racing hard engine temp keeps rising and leaning mixture. I usually adjust mixture to 14.2 or lower so engine doesn't overheat so easily.

As a rule of thumb, always replace coolant & oil when tearing the engine apart.
And my engine STILL overheats!
then fill the radiator and see if it has stopped leaking
