[SOLVED]How Can I Adjust the Tachometer?
I've removed my dash instruments and I have no idea how to adjust the tacobellmeter(AKA tachometer). Should I do it while driving? Tips? Help? Nudes?

Racing tachometer can be adjusted with mouse wheel, it just adjust revs when red light turns on, helps to change gear

You mean the shift light? mouse over the dial on the tach and scrol. It changes where the light comes on. Just keep blipping hte throttle and scrolling in either direction until you notice which way is the one you want.

Thank you, yes, I mean the shift indicator. Scroll up to increase RPM, down to decrease. But is there a way to fine tune it? What I did was basically guesswork.

Rev the car. Hold the revs where you want to shift. Turn the dial until the light turns off and turn it back one so its on. Light 'tuned'.

Thank you so much, exactly what I needed.

I see you already got your answer but yeah. Basically keep playing with the RPM until you see the light comes up when you want it to. Its easier with a pedal/analog to be able to control the throttle.

Also, in case you didn't knew, this tachometer takes a 5mm spanner to adjust. And if you are wondering why it blocks the speedometer and it doesn't go into place of the old tachometer, its so that you can remove the entire dashboard for racing.

Hey, thanks for your reply, actually, thanks to everybody that replied, very nice of you.

Yeah, I've started the thread because I was curious to see if there was a way to set the shift light to the optimal shift time, but it's basicly trial and error.

"Also, in case you didn't knew, this tachometer takes a 5mm spanner to adjust."
You mean to afixate it in place, right? Yeah, I've realised it, thanks.

"And if you are wondering..."
Yeah, I removed it! But without it I lose the temperature indicators, and I needed those, so I only took off the dash instruments(Speedometer, RMP, fuel) but after I crashed and died they spawn back in the car! I didn't know! If you die, as a mortal, in the Satsuma it spawns back in front of your garage! lol
