Envelope not spawning?

I'm trying to order stuff from the catalog, but whenever I click "TILAA NYT!", it closes the catalog like normal, but no envelope spawns. I'm not sure if it matters, but "Butt" flashes briefly across the screen where it would show the name of an item before you pick it up as I close the catalog.

Is this maybe because I've already sent in an order, and can't do two at a time? I don't think I have a pending order, but I might be mistaken.

If it's not showing up then probably you arleady have one pending order

I have the same issue I did an order some time ago and got the parts but I cant spawn a new one anymore.

I don't have an order pending but it still does this is it because I copy all my saves onto an external hard drive and load them?
