How to tune racing carb and align wheels in msc editor?

For the racing carb, I set all mine to about 16.6 which gave me a 13.1 A/F Ratio. For the wheels, just set the wheel alingment to 0 on both.

Edit: Wheel Alignment can be found under steeringrodfr and steeringrodfl
