MSC Editor Battery Charge and New Battery
So I've been looking around in MSC Editor to find the New Battery and instantly charge it, but I don't think it's showing up? Is it called something strange, or not there yet? Also, does anyone know what number is good for battery charge? It was set to 167 and is pretty dead.

Huh, so I tried teleporting the battery in the editor, and neither of them moved. Odd.

The entries are in items.txt

And from the items.txt entries, a charge of 100 was enough to start the car.

Open items.txt in the msc editor
