Carb won't tune

I have heated the car ip i have tired to tune my dual carbs but they just stay at 9.9 on the fuel mixture gage also black smoke just comes out of the exhaust any help will me apreashiated :)

Push the choke fully back to adjust the carb

How is your head gasket? I find when it can't idle, the head gasket is screwed.

What exact number do you see on the AFR gauge when you push back the choke, just before the engine dies?

I managed to get it to heat when it stalled i turned it i got it to 14.7 it stalled at 10.1

Also i still get black smoke from my exhuast

Ok then the carb is ok if after turning on it shows 14.7. Black smoke is always on choke and also when the engine is cold and the carb compensates, until it reaches at least 13.

In your case I would investigate the condition of crankshaft and pistons (wear levels), as well as valve tune.

Warm up the car, push the choke in. then remove the mixture gauge and stop the car. then instal the gauge back and start the car again, then try to tune the carb
