After Save and Quit, the Belt should spawn again.
Yup correct tightness is essential, otherwise it will happen over and over again.
Also did you carefully tighten the alternator screw without moving the alternator accidentally?
I've also had problems with my fan belt lately. It would just squeal like a pig, no matter how tight, and my engine would shut off when the RPM got low enough. I've taken it to Fleetari for a full engine maintenance, and we'll see how that goes. I'm thinking my Alternator is broken?
I assume my method of tensioning is correct but do enlighten me
I tried readjusting it but it makes the noise regardless of how tight or lose i make it. it just squeeks and i dunno what ta do. i wanna make the car rally ready so i can practise the route and win but i cant do that if i am always worried of my car breaking
