Steering wheels and tires?

So, there are two different steering wheels you can purchase from the catalog. What's the difference between those two and the stock steering wheel? Do they offer any benefits? I've ordered the Pro-State one, though haven't recieved it yet to test it out.

Secondly, what do all the different wheels do? I assume Rally is better for off-roads, though beyond that, I'm a bit lost. There are racing wheels, which I guess are smooth and better for high-speeds and the highway? What do the Spoke and Hayosiko offer? I have the Spoke wheels installed, though I don't notice any difference.

Spoke and hayosiko are just new road tyres, rally wheels have great grip on dirt and slicks are somehow good on the solid roads

the rally wheel with the yellow bit is more useful and doesnt need you to gaze down to look at the wheel to see how far youre turning, and the one with the yellow is lighter.. :3
