Stress relievement?

Just wondering if someone could list all the ways you can relieve stress in the game despite drinking and sauna.

at the shop or in the bar
I believe it's more expensive at the bar but not sure

also you can use it by pressing "i" and do inhale you hold "i" to throw it away you double press "i"

Chopping wood is by far the most recommendable way of relieving stress. You'll get a lot of monies for it! (though delivering the firewood does increase stress)

Don't smoke, you actually get addicted to it and if you don't smoke after that, your stress increases 100x. I recommend either spamming the swear key, drinking booze, or chopping firewood.

Passing inspection brings it right down, but be careful, if your car dosen't pass it will go way up into the red!

Addiction begins after you smoke 60 cigarettes. Up to that number you can smoke in moderation. It's better to swear unless you are sleepy.

Ideal way to relieve stress is beer. Sauna is best if you're home. Chopping firewood is physical but a good way to transform stress into money. But beer is king. Just watch how you drive and try not to fall into septic holes.
