Ignition clicks when trying to start; car wont start
So, I'm pretty new to the game, and am having some problems with the car. I finally got it running, and whatnot, and now another issue: It'll run for a minute and then quit on me. When I go to start it again, I click the ignition and it only responds with a "Click". The engine doesn't try to turn over or anything. Click. Any help?

Starter might be broken

I actually have MSCEditor, and have had my car repaired very recently. Checked the editor, and nothing is below 95%.
So, that's not it. If it helps, I haven't tuned my carburetor. I'm good on oil, coolant, and gas. Don't know about brake and clutch, but I doubt that's it.
The engine will still turn over and start without brake/clutch fluid. If you've never tuned the carb, you probably ran it too lean or rich and blew the head gasket; no compression, no boom, no go.

Head gasket is fine, checked on it with the editor as well.

If you save and load the game does it turn over/start again? Sounds like the battery died.

Check fan belt tension and alternator if so.
Is it the ignition clicking or is it the valves?

Otherwise, it could be mscedit. I've noticed sometimes you have to mess with a part first before any changes you've made outside the game get recognized.

That's exactly it. And I'm almost positive I've identified the problem. I've got no fan belt on the car.

Just to follow up, I did fix the car. Running perfect now. One more question though. I ordered some more things from the catalog, and I think I might've missed the phone call, and I've been saving and continuing the game to pass time. If a certain amount of time passes, will I no longer be able to pay for my packages?

If you think you missed the call just drive to Temio's shop and see if your post order is in the counter, next to the cashier machine.
