Sewage truck not pumping at all?
I just tried going on a 3-stop sewage run. First one went fine, second one was a complete failure. Set it up properly, but it would not pump at all. Truck fill level was at the 5, so it had plenty of capacity. Pretty sure I was at the right house, but as I read it, the level in the tank should drop even if I'm at the wrong house.

Did I do something wrong? Did I damage the hose on my previous stop?

did you turn on the hydraulic pump?

I've had that happen to me and basically, it was because I didn't put the hole of the hose in first, so the truck didn't start sucking. I'd recommend taking the hose out from the hole and putting it back in hole first.

EDIT: What Lou said below.

did you drop the hose all the way down ? I've noticed fairly recently, that sometimes it doesn't start suction, unless you only have a little bit of the hose under the surface of the sewage. Once it starts suction, then you can start feeding the hose in.

lifting the hose into halfway helped me.

You need to put in the hose first. then start the pump
