First of all its called frame rate. You fix it by not having a garbage pc.

I know what its called. FPS sucks and my pc is a 600 dollar touch screen HP with tons of storage.

Storage doesnt mean anything and touchscreen doesnt mean anything. In fact those are probably the reasons it cost so much. What the the specs

Thank you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, thats not what it is. I have a GTX 745 and some launches itll lag. you have to set the launch options

Yeah i fixed the problem. My computer was screwed up so i bought a new one

I also have a problem with lag. It ran about 40 fps on max settings, but now it is down to 10 or less. Changing settings doesn't do anything, and I tried verifying files but got nothing. I tried both of the launch options but those didn't work either. They just lower fps to 4

theres a mod that helps the fps go to racedepartment.com and look for the cleaning tool or mod and install it and it should help for any pc you have

Well good on you; cause that would have been needed to run most Games, period.

All in ones are just a Screen with Extremely low end laptop hardware inside.
Those are more for kiosk stuff, or mom/dad to do Office, Email, Facebook, Skype...

Settings do not effect FPS really in this game. The game needs a strong CPU or it will always run poor no matter what.
