Go to the landfill.

Thats where you recover your stuff if it disapears(Falls through the world)

Use MSCEditor to teleport it back to your garage in that case.

My rear bumper disappeared too. Noticed it was missing after returning home from Saturday rally. I went back to inspect the rally route, then checked landfill, found nothing. Restored my bumper using MSCEditor just like Yandere Snake Kai suggests. I wish I had noted down the coordinates before restoring.
