how to respawn a vehicle?

The ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the green car plowed the back of my van when trying to get gas. is there a way to respawn the van? no way in hell am i going to go all the way from the house to the general store.

My tractor rolled away once. In My Summer Car Save Editor you can type in the coordinates of the van and it will be there (you can look them up for the house), but I suggest taking the tanker or the tractor and just towing.

Jesus, a 7 year old thread, but since you do need an answer: You can not respawn vehicles through normal means, try pulling it with the tractor.
