Drunk guy not there

So I just came to the pub and the drunk guy I'm supposed to pick up is not there. The pub is closed. help?

Did you get the call? He doesn't need a ride every night.

And if he does give a call, don't wait until the morning or quit the game after the call because he will disappear (or reappear at his home).

Even if he will call you and you will go for him in day time he still should be there so maybe you saved game or you knocked him out or even this can be bug but i dont think so overall its working pretty good

It is changed, he is not there in the day time anymore.
