Report a translation problem
So you edit it with whatever editor you like and save it as car.png in your Images folder.
You can preview your skin by pressing F5 on title screen and apply it by ordering "custom paitjob made by artist" from Fleetari.
It will change every time you change car.png, no need to pay for it again. But if you order sheet metal repair, the paintjob will dissappear and you'll have to reorder it.
If you don't want to pay that drunkard, it's painttype 4 in MSCeditor. Note that all exterior parts has this attribute, not only the car body.
Photoshop will do the job, but if you want a free program, Gimp can do it.
