Was on the bus...should have drank before.

Tried to grab shopping bag... it flew to the back of the bus.

I ended up dying of dehydration. No way to stop bus to eat or do anything.

I suggest avoiding it.

I'm pretty sure you can stop the bus if you look up above your window it'll say "stop bus"

How can I stop the bus at the bus stop?
Satsuma broke down on the highway and I went to nearest bus stop with thumb up, but the bus just drove by.

Must be how your game runs then, I've used it plenty of times, never had him crashing.

You probably want to avoid using the Bus though if you were already running around the map and various AI cars are crashed on the highway, like after a police chase or something. As sometimes bus could hit an AI car and flip over on side.


BTW 2-3 hours in-game time is not alot, that passes fairly quickly.

When you ride on bus or with drunk green guy car; its always good idea to bring case of beer with you. While u may get buzzed, it not only helps with thirst, but hunger as well.

Use the in-game beds and place them around the map wisely for your needs.

For example I put them:
> Old Junk Sofa at Food Store
> Satsuma Backseat at Mechanic
> Sewage Truck near bus stop that is location far SE of the map

You can use drunk green car guy to help you get around those inner dirt roads, or to get you home or to the store if needed.

I just went two full laps, and the time were spot on on the 2nd aswell. This is so cool and beautiful even!

This is assuming there are not AI cars crashed out on highway that screws this all up.

Best bet is if you going to ride Bus, save before doing so. As a reload of save before you ride bus helps quite a bit. As doing that would also reset AI cars / cops.

Yes step up to Driver, look to left there is a pay stub, pay for ticket and then move to a spot and secure your seat. Not locking into a seat (like Driving Mode) will prolong the leave time process. Yes the Bus will stay in a wait time idle for approx 30mins in-game time. So say you in the Bar or something and bus shows up, you have a decent about of time he will sit, allowing you to get there and all.

That can't be right, travel around the map at a consistant pace in say satsuma or other vehicle yourself at between 80-100 kmph and steady pace, you can have clock in Satsuma, and the Sewage Truck already has a clock in the middle of the speed-o-meter. Trust me, its alot more than one in-game hour.

Minutes in-game is almost mere seconds in real-time; so you're not talking very long in real-time before a couple hours of in-game time passes by.

The bus spawns in after couple of minutes when you arrive in the town. They drive 100 on the highway like all traffic.
