Got the Same pedals but g920 wheel.
I have to agree that standing on the clutch screaming and being angry can be quite a accurate situation.
Im pretty sure the developer talked about this clutch problem thing in his like 45min long youtube video in 2015 or so, before the game was actually released ons team. That's why I thought it might have some fix already. Well, I do love the game, I'll stick to using auto clutch. While ♥♥♥♥♥♥ clutch would be realistic, this is more ike button clutch from Formula 1.
With half warm engine, the way clutch works is dangerous to engine. I mean you can't even start movin without revving the engine, because it just stalls with low gas, because the clutch works ON-OFF way. You gotta always take that revving tire burning start or not to take start at all, or just use auto clutch.
(check deadzones if you havent already)
Try this, perhaps:

To you and everyone else using wheel and pedals. Use the calibrator. took me about 10 minutes to set up, just follow the instructions and you are all set.
my personal preference is to set Clutch to +2.0 gamma (you will se it in the settings)
This will fix the clutch problem. i can now get out of a ditch without reving the engine. just have to be carefull on the throttle.
I attempted multiple times to load up the calibrator, but for some reason it just wouldn’t work. I’ve used it before, and I even overwrote that .dll file again, launch game and when I hit calibrate nothing comes up. Not sure what went wrong. But suddenly my brake decided to act normal again. So idk what was going on. But it feels like I broke something because I basically sat near the phone over an entire game week and haven’t gotten a single sewage call. I feel like….some stuff went weird on me once my “oilfilterdirt” vanished from editor list, and after that I verified integrity in Steam….seems like something got funky during that little bout.
