And some values for vinegar, alkohol and so on. Not sure what I'm looking for.
Note that the bubbling does get quite slow. I sometimes leave it in the shower while I sauna if I think it is done, since that ensures I give it enough time to make a gurgle. This technique has consistently yielded top value Kilju for me.
1 yeast
6 sugar
Shake a little.
When the colour changes put the lid on and wait till the bubbling stops
Taking it with you to the sauna is a good method to check if its done.
Do not open the bucket at all if you are not sure if the brewing is done.
Another thing:
How do you handle kilju transport?
I keep the juice bottles in the garage, take the bucket to the garage, fill the bottles and throw them in the van. Before I leave I setup a new batch of kilju.
Drive the van to the drunk guy, sell my precious brew and head on to Teimo to restock in general.
After that I head to the landfill site and collect my bottles just to dump them back in the garage.
It takes almost one complete game day to get it all done. There is enough time left to fill up the trailer with wood and take a sauna.
I also didn't opened the bucked early. I waited until I heard no noise and headglitched through the lid to check the color.
For the transport, I store the empty bottles on the grass in the front of the house and fill em up there. Then I just throw them into the van and deliver the booze to the drunk guy. When I come home, I set up a new batch. I get the old bottles from the garbage dump usually the day or two after the delivery when I'm on my way to the village.
time: 681
alcohol: 0.086009055
sweetness: 0.200000003
vinegar: 0.050190940
mk: nothing, told me to ♥♥♥♥ off
So basically my alcohol is a bit lower and vinegear a fair bit higher. Still don't know why though. Tried a few more batches so far with the same recipe. All of them got the best rating with 170 Mk. So no clue why that one and the one before it failed.
