HOW TO FIX SATSUMA
how to fix damage on body. reload the game did not work help?

The proper in-game way to fix body damage is to take the car to the garage (fleetari) and pay him for repairs. Bodywork is the second or third page I think. You can try to select only the parts that are damaged to save a little money. With the 50% discount, I think a full repair is around 4500 mk. This will also remove rust (spray paint only covers it, bodywork will fully remove it).

This file is in a hidden folder. Find and delete this file. Reload the game which will recreate the meshsave.txt file. Now make this file read-only. (make the file read only imediately or any damge will be saved)

Now everytime you reload, your bodywork will be brand new.
