And rallying
Thanks in advance :)

The highest final gear change. Thats 4.625 if I remember.

For rallying, you'll probably want the stock final drive or shorter (higher number). The shorter final drives give you more torque for accelerating quickly out of turns, and the reduced top speed doesn't matter because you aren't going to reach it in a rally.

For drag racing, you might try the longer ratios instead (maybe even longest). You'll be slower off the mark, but you'll also stay in each gear longer, allowing you to accelerate longer and to a higher speed. Not sure which one will win in this game though.

The longest gear really isn't the best bet for dragging - the car doesn't have enough guts to stretch its legs in all the gears, so you will still have heaps of grunt left when you run over the line.

Basically you want to be just about to redline 4th when you run over the line. Too long and you'll still be winding up when you finish - too short and you'll be bouncing off the limiter before you get halfway down the run.

As for rallying - I generally run a little taller then stock (3.9? - is there a 4.2?) - 2nd gear for corners, 3th gear 90% of the time, 4th on any straight.
