Random Name Generator on license/character creation

For people who lack creativity and want to quickly fill their license in with something that sounds like a plausible Finnish name. As far as I know, there is already a function like this that populates the list of rally participants you can read from the results sheet after every race. Right now I use an external website to make names for my character every time I start a new game, but if an in-game function like this existed it could be much more convenient. :)

I use first name that was generated for me but last name is Kesseli for me. According to my family members research it should be his last name, am i right? I just think it's weird to use different name because it seems weird like i'm some stranger.

Sadly No, He is our uncle from mother side (Wikia translated it from the fridge note) so we don't use his surname. Quite a smart move actually, since if it will be one from Father side everyone would use Kesseli.

Also name Toivo Kesseli is a name from a Finnish film or series.

Perhaps i have missed that part. So it's like that then.
