Report a translation problem
The only questionable part for me is the removal of the half shafts. However if you r-click > l-click fast enough it seems to avoid damage.
- A year or more ago I would have agreed with you (when you could total your car by walking into it), but in the current game state its very difficult to damage your car while working on it (outside of human error).
Even though you don't want to use mods one exists that makes the sledge hammer able to repair very slowly. In my opinion it is self-balancing because you can only repair to your last meshsave (once you save the game the damage not repaired is permanent).
