"borrowing" Teimos bike

it would be really cool if you could "borrow" aka steal Teimos bike. You could use it as a standard bike and take it when he leaves it behind his shop. If its not there when he returns to go home he will walk to his house and the shop. He would then call you asking if you have seen/taken his bike. If he sees you riding it, he will demand you give it back or refuse selling you stuff or something else.

that sounds pretty cool. i guess you could just re-purpose the moped handling. i can already hear the whiny kids asking why they can't buy anything from teimo.
