Second gear for the boat

It would be very good if the boat has at least one more march, since it is nice to be on the island and others, but going by boat takes quite a while and more going to the village

It's as real as a real-life outboard motor is with regards to gearing, Forward, Neutral, Reverse, the only way to vary the speed is the fiddle with the throttle, but as in-game, the throttle is fully open, then that's as fast as it'll go, it's not a speedboat after all... :)
