2 Step, Launch control
A 2-Step or launch control is a small box that controls a second rev limiter, that you can hold the rpm at full throttle and release the clutch for better and more consistent launches. it was available in 1995 ? It works for carburetor and cable driven throttle body ?

Was launch control even a thing for consumer vehicles in 1995? A quick look at Wikipedia suggests not.

The launch control, 2-step or even a simple rev limiter is conected to the ignition coil in any car, the type of fuel injection doesn't matter
