Garage pit cover

Would it be possibe to add a garage pit cover to the game? I often would like to bring the car into the garage to work on it at night but risk dumping it into the pit with a simple nudge. Here's a pic to help show what I'm requesting:

Risk nudging the car into the pit is in fact not meant to happen, and is a known limitation in the current physics engine. Not sure when and how that would be fixed, though.

A pit cover would still be neat, however!

I think some simple pit rails would be nice realistic here.

@Lien: i live in countryside (not in finland but whatever,its about same here) and me myself or ppls i know that have pits,noone have the rails,everyone,me included have only the covers,so i dont know about the realism here

Out of the few pits I've been in(in the U.S.), they either have metal creates that don't fully cover it or small rails to prevent a vehice from accidentally turning into it.

A player mode where you can push (and pull) car by the door frame and steer at the same time would be nice too. Sometimes it's very difficult to align the car into the garage at all.

This and/or that the front wheels stay in the direction they were pointing at when you leave the driving mode.
