Ruscko restoration suggestion
I've seen some posts regarding this, but I'd figured I would elaborate on the thing itself more.

You've saved that car from the strange dealer. Wasps, and now what? Breaking down every few hours? What is this?! I wanna save the car too, so I've developed some ideas for the car.

The car can be restored at Fleetari's, and there is also a option to restomod the Ruscko, with a 3-point seatbelt, turning lights, restored whitewall wheels and the wasp nest removed, meaning you can now pick up the Drunk Guy with it.

The engine is very worn down; you'll need to restore it. The problem is, you can't use parts from the Amis Auto catalog to repair it. Fleetari can repair it too, but it'd be cheaper if you did it yourself. So...........

There is another magazine meant for vehicles like the Ruscko, where there is a bunch of parts spefically meant for the Ruscko, and also customizable parts, just like the Amis Auto catalog for the Satsuma.

You can also install a roll cage, a fire extinguisher holder, and also a different bucket seat and 4-point seatbelt to the Ruscko to use it in the rally.....for whatever reason. The Ruscko will not be the rust bucket it used to be, and be just another Satsuma.

However, it will also need fluids like the Satsuma does. Don't worry, the fan bent is still intact, and it won't come off anytime soon. Just replace it a new fan belt with the magazine, if you want the car to not stall for no reason.

The magazine is your mother's, meaning you will find it in your parent's bedroom. It will show on the nightstand nearest to the door after Ruscko has been won.

It is also fragile like Satsuma, though it is more durable in crashes.

If you fixed the engine and hired Fleetari to remove the rust for you, you can go to Lindell's and ask him to check it. You can then install your license plates, which are different from Satsuma's. Of course, go participate in the rally, or do whatever you want.

Please tell me about what you think!

Nope. Topless has already said that anything buildable isn't gonna happen. Just the Satsuma is a huge drain on most processors. And having that many options so readily available would just tease and alienate players that don't want to or don't know how to play ventti. It's supposed to be very difficult to obtain.

There is currently no incentive for the player to obtain one, though. It drives terribly, consumes ocean of gas to drive anywhere, is very unsafe (no belts), and looks like a flying elephant managed to crap on it. And now those wasps. I prefer the hayosiko, at least I can survive a collision with this camouflaged drunk.

I would refine the idea having in mind the limitations of the game engine. Maybe not a buildable unit, but just another set of textures with added belts and some other characteristics. But then again, wouldn't it be an unfair competition for the Satsuma?

yeah, maybe add some mini-quest with Fleetari, who in turn would paint it for free

I forgot to mention, restromodding it will also have Fleetari to replace the Ruscko's suspension to a stiffer kind. It won't wobble like the Hayosiko when that happens.

EDIT : It is partially buildable, meaning you cannot disassemble it down to the last bolt like Satsuma at the start of the game. It just allows you to restore it. You can also buy whitewall tires from Fleetari, although you cannot use those wheels for Satsuma.
