spacers. a rally car needs a wider stance
would it be possible to impliment this as a buyable upgrade? it could make the car alot more stable + make the car look nicer.

The wheels are way to much tucked in the fenders especially if you add the fender flares.

I think it's by design. If you change the rally tires for either of the two intermediate ones, the wheels won't be so tucked in. I don't know how realistic it is, though.

In any case, if you remove the fender flares it looks fine with rally tires.

Wait, you prefer them to stick out? I always buy the fender flares to hide the wheels after i bought the aftermarket ones, because i hate the way they look too wide.

well yes, i do like it when they stick out or when they are as wide as the wheelarches.

Interesting.

That could be as simple as changing the geometry of the wheel. More backspacing on the wheel will push the whole body of the wheel out, but having the wrong combination of width and offset could result in increased wheel bearing wear.

Or you know, aftermarket suspension arms :p I would like for us to eventually be able to replace nearly every part of the satsy with lightweight or improved parts. Still waiting for TG to add racing cams and pistons to the game now.

There is a mod where you can change the spacing and hight on the suspension I think?

This looks good enough ;) you see that center of rim is deeper than other rims.

but like someone said; don't know if it affects stability. Then again, I think they are not allowed in rally? Maybe mount them quickly after signing up for the rally? haha..

its used in most race/rally cars aswell as more offset wheels, but spacers were a very popular thing in the 'tuning' scene back in the 90's.

what it does is it makes the car wider wich means you're less likely to roll over and it would be more controlable when u start drifting.
