Fire extinguisher holder glitch is back.

so I bought the thing, installed it and bolted it, added the fire extinguisher, saved, came back and the extinguisher holder and fire extinguisher were invisible, I used MSC editor to unbolt the holder and then teleported the fire extinguisher to somewhere else, the holder is now able to be moved around and installed, the fire extinguisher is stuck where ever i teleport it to.
if i install the holder, it then gets stuck to the car.

I only used msc editotr to try to fix the issue, I try to play without mods/ save editing unless things break.

the issue seems to be with asset Fireextinguisher1. if I use any other Fire extinguisher, the holder seems to work fine..how ever Fireextinguisher1, can not be moved by the player. it is stuck where ever i teleport it.
