Eaten Food Spawning at Landfill.

For example, if I eat a sausage pack, a sausage pack will spawn at the landfill like it fell through the map. This happens with all 3 food items you can buy at Teimo's as well as milk. The stuff that spawns never expires so I need to clean it up every once in a while. I've experienced this in the past but can't remember how I fixed it. Please help, thanks.
