Stuck in a black room

I get back to the house after being stuck in the town for an hour and I save and quit to title. Come back 30 mins later and now the toilet room is pitch black with the entire screen shaking (similar to the hangover effect).

Probably hungover in the dark, try leaning thru walls and finding the lightswitch.

Thank you it was just dark. I still have the shaking effect and I've had it for the last couple of hours of gameplay

How drunk did you get? It can last literal hours depending how much you drank and your body weight.

I checked it in MSC editor and it was like 2456 so I reset it to 0. Now I can finally get back to playing the game.
