Delayed input problem on a steering wheel.
After taking a bit of a break from msc I decided to come back to it, but I encountered a peculiar bug that only seems to affect my steering wheel. The wheel is a logitech g29 and was working fine until now, it also works as expected in forza horizon 4, Ets2, lfs and dirt rally.

The thing happening is what I can only explain as a noticeably sluggish response time of analog inputs - the buttons work fast and well but actual steering, throttle, brake and clutch seem to be weirdly delayed and slowed down in reaction.
I made a short video showcasing the issue, game is completely bone stock and on the latest experimental (what i'm actually doing with the pedals in real life is slamming them very, very rapidly and quickly letting off at a decently fast rate, it's very noticeable with the throttle since sometimes it doesn't even reach the end of the input scale when i'm already letting off.)

Now, I have tried absolutely everything, I uninstalled modloader and every mod (including the axis calibration one), I have verified the game files, tried different usb ports, turning off logitech g hub and the issue persists.

And the kicker is that when I connected my xbox 360 controller and assigned one of the triggers as throttle, they were working alright, with immediete and precise reaction to movement, as opposed to the g29.

To close it off I fired up joy.cpl and the inputs are also showing correctly, so I'm at a complete loss because it's only msc and only with this wheel and I have no idea what to do because it's frustrating as hell driving like this.

Also my pc;
Win 10 64bit
Ryzen 2600
Gtx 1050 ti
8gb ddr4
At 2560x1440 it runs vanilla game with satsuma on my standard save at about 40-60fps so I doubt it's a framerate problem.

Sorry for any mistakes, I'm not a native english speaker.

Some people say the Logitech G-Hub is buggy and the old version (Logitech Gaming Software) works fine.

I get that, but even without it on it still refuses to work right.

Sorry for a late reply, installing lgs did in fact fix the problem, thank you very much for the help, you're a life saver.
I prefer the Thrustmaster TMX Pro.
