Cannot Finish Rally (Bug)

So today I decided to do the rally. The first one. So when Saturday finally rolled around, I went to the town to start it. It went all good, I signed the paper, went up to the starting line, and started when I was instructed to do so. Once I got to Loppe though, I noticed that the spectators were missing. The next places where the spectators should have been were also abandoned. Then, a few seconds before I reached the finish line, I get the message "Get Ready" that I got when I was back at the starting line. Then the countdown "5, 4, 3, 2, 1..." and then "Drive" which I also saw at the very start of the rally. When I get to the table with the results, there was nobody there, and the paper which should've contained the results was also missing. Like I said, this was on a Saturday, and I was there at the right time, at about 10:00 (8 o' clock) and I was able to start the rally. I have tried restarting the game and doing the rally multiple times, but the results were the same. Some help would be very much appreciated, thanks. I just want to finish the rally. )))

Did you try it again with later start, like 12:00 or something?

I started the rally at around the same time each try, it was around 10:00. Also Pena was driving on the track while I was doing the rally, don't know if that's supposed to happen.

Sorry my reply is a little late, I did try at a later time, and I did not experience this issue. Thank you Toplessgun. )))

Can confirm this bug still happens if you start just before 10am saturday with pena still also still driving around on rally day and no spectators along the course. Best time to start that worked 100% is like TG said around midday.
