Gifu Not Sucking Sewage

I've encountered this bug 2, and it happned when the Gifu was completely empty in both of them.

You put the hose in the hole and turn on the pump, but it does not suck and you have to put the hose back on the truck and out again to fix it.

Just turn the pump on before you put it in the sewage, should fix it.

The hose HAS to get in the well straight. If the end of the hose is not the first part of it getting in it will not work. Has been ingame since i have seen a poop truck ingame... Doesn't matter if the pump is on or not, doesn't matter even if the truck is running or not when you drop the hose on hole...
