Teimo not fining me for breaking the window

It was a Sunday and the van was low on fuel so I broke into Teimo with the window, stole fuel and was then punched by the yellow guy so I teleported back home. I then got a call from Teimo telling me to pay for the fuel I stole but when I got to the shop, the window was still broken, but he didn't charge me for the window, only the fuel.

I think since the guy at the window across the street was added, Teimo's supposed to know whether or not he was there himself. Not sure if he's watching all night though.

This is pretty old, but I got fined even though he did not see me. I was just really thirsty and wanted to get in...Noticed I cant steal anything aswell.

There is a random chance when breaking the window of the kyylä in the house coming out and noticing you do it and if he does, you need to pay for the window.

I broke the window in the middle of Sunday (store closed) but when I save/loaded and came back he charged me... so I looked at wiki at when it charges you but didn't find any info (about breaking the window)

he will appertantly charge you when there are Witnesses

well maybe... are these the yellow , blue car? the bus? roaming NPC? the window guy(most probable)?

according to wiki, it can be any of these guys. if you wanna break in without fines from teimo, you will have to wait for until bus, petteri and some yellow idiot i forgot the name of leaves. then you will have to knock out few NPCs roaming around the town, and then scare the window guy away. but again this is according to wiki so..

knocking NPCs guarantees jail time so not good idea after all?
maybe the 2300mk is better than 2 days or more in jail...

well stealing the poker machine will result in more fine by teimo so it depends on what you want more.
