Is it me or fatigue climbs up ridiculously fast?

For some reasons if I stand up for around ~1-3 minutes my fatigue bar ticks up to almost full. And increments in big chunks suddenly. Is it intended behavior or a bug with something? Because I end up having to sleep a ton, or travel with the kettle. But then the kettle itself gets bugged after a while and won't boil coffee anymore and the sound loop gets stuck on.

I'm having the same issue, and I had drank coffe like one or two times in the pub, not even close to be addicted to the coffee. About 5 minutes and the fatigue bar is totally filled.

Bug or not, if you need a fix, you can always use the msceditor to change playerfatiguerate back to .98
